ngover, a band formed by Pete Wells and former Pretty Things (UK) bass player John Stax. Pete Wells and Paul Demarco are also featured on the new CD by Desoto.."Take this veil"
Lucy Desoto is the keyboard player in The Pete Wells Band. This girl rocks with the best of them.
Pete Wells former band mate, Dave Tice (ex-Buffalo
and Count Bishops-UK) has a new CD fronting a band called The Bar Kings. They were described in a recent review in Blues Review Magazine in the States,as playing..."greasy,sleasy,paint-peeling,
wall-shaking,boogie-down blues Rock'n'Roll". Slide guitarist in The Bar Kings, John Russell played with Ian Rilen in The Blue Alien Band, just prior to Rose Tattoo forming circa 1976.
Ian Rilen is about to go into the studio with his band Skindiver, to record a new album which will be released on Full Moon later this year.
Dave Tice, Mick Cocks and Paul Demarco also are in
the studio finishing off a new album by their band
The Headhunters, due for release in Oct.'99. This will also feature some rocking slide from Pete Wells. The Headhunters first album..."Outlaw Boogie" which was only ever available through Oz Bike Magazine, is also due to be re-mastered and released on Ful
Moon. (Probably July)
Dave Tice and Mick Cocks also have a 'Live' CD of acoustic Blues/Rock soon to be released.
Finally, former Rose Tattoo guitarist Tim Gaze and his band,The Blues Doctors have just released their debut CD.."Blues Remedy". Check out the Full Moon website for more details.

Great I couldn't believe it when I found this site I thought this band had packed up years ago.
The first song I ever heard by them was Astra Wally and I was hooked. I saw the Tatts when they supported Rainbow in the early 80s at Stafford Bingley Hall here in the UK and they blew the main act away. I am now on a mission to buy the albums that I miss
